I have been seeing Helen for Reflexology for over 1 year now, and I can thoroughly and highly recommend her. She is such a beautiful person, so caring and kind, I wouldn't ever go to anyone else. The whole experience really helps my Chronic conditions and I wouldn't cope fully without her. I would give more stars if I could! xx

The kindest lady I have ever met, Helen was so reassuring, helpful and gentle, she explained the process and gave really useful information too. I felt very at ease, very comfortable and very relaxed and looking forward to the benefits after my pregnancy reflexology treatment, I will definitely be visiting Helen again x

I have just returned home from an hour of bliss! Helen is such a lovely warm person I immediately felt relaxed, and she provided an excellent reflexology service. I loved how easy it was to book online, and have already sent her details to my friend who is expecting and sister. Thank you Helen :)

Serenity Babies with Helen (Formerly Tiny Toes)
"Helen was so friendly and made the whole experience lovely from the start. There’s no pressure on you as a new mum if your baby needs feeding etc, you can stop. The atmosphere is relaxing and Helen is a great teacher. The babies loved the experience and I learnt so much which I now do as part of the daily bedtime routine. Highly recommend!"
